Faber says that Christianity has changed a lot since the government took control. As he reads from an old bible, Faber talks about how God is used as a marketing tool. Faber also talks about how the people let the books go and the government taking over. Faber didn’t do anything to stop the change because he was scared. By the time he was ready to speak out against the government no one was left to help him so he gave up and went with it. He thinks by now it is to late to do anything. I think it isn’t too late. Montag and Faber should find as many people as they can who have books. Then they should try to secretly educate people about the way things used to be and the lies that they have come to know as the truth. Montag and Faber can hope to achieve that once people know the truth they will no longer wish to live as they do now. The people will over throw the government and things will be, as they should.
